MXA’S BIRTHDAY BOY: HE’S TRYING TO MOVE ON UP
Marvin Musquin set the world on fire in 2009 when he was the surprise winner of the 250 World Championship. Marv backed in up 2010 and thenset his sights on America. Roger DeCoster wanted to pair Musquin and Ken Roczen together in the 250 East/West series. It worked, as German Ken Roczen earned KTM the 250 West crown in 2013, followed by the 2014 450 National Championship. Frenchman Musquin took the 250 East title in 2015 and moved to the 450 class in 2016. With the retirement of seven-time champ Ryan Dungey at mid-season of the 2017 year, Marvin became the the team leader at Red Bull KTM. In 2019 he is joined by Cooper Webb on the orange team. Marvin Musquin was born on December 30, 1989.
