After only three races, with Jeffrey Herlings and Romain Febvre still missing from the start line, the races have boiled down to battles between Maxime Renaux versus Tim Gajser in the 450s and Jago Geerts versus Tom Vialle the 250s
The third round of the 2022 FIM Motocross World Championship in Villa La Angostura, Argentina, concluded with Team HRC’s Tim Gajser celebrating a third consecutive Grand Prix victory and 90th career podium, while Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Tom Vialle finally made his comeback to the top step, following a couple of tough weeks.
The MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina delivered, as it always does, with a crowd of 39,000 fans keeping the atmosphere at a maximum from the first warm-up session to the last checkered flag of the day at a fever pitch.
