RICKY CARMICHAEL TALKS ABOUT THE TRIUMPH 250 & 450 FOUR-STROKE DETAILS

On Friday before the 2022 Red Bud Motocross Des Nations, Triumph Motorcycles officially announced their plans to enter the MXGP race series in 2024 with a two-rider team. The Triumph Off-Road Racing Director, Jeremy Appleton, announced that Triumph will start their quest in motocross racing with two riders on 250 four-strokes in the MX2 class and they will jump into the MXGP class with two factory riders on 450 four-strokes in 2025. In this interview, we hear Ricky Carmichael share his excitement for this announcement. He also talks about testing the new bikes and explains how he actually rode one of the Triumph bikes in early 2020. Plus, Jeremy Appleton talks about using the MXGP World Championship as a platform for building Triumph’s newest venture.
