ROMAIN FEBVRE SIGNS FOR THREE MORE YEARS WITH YAMAHA EUROPE
2015 FIM 450 World Champion Romain Febvre signed a three-year extension to his Yamaha contract, although other teams were interested in signing him. Febvre was a in his first year in the 450 class when he won the title and he and Tim Gajser, another 250 class immigrant, have shaken up the status quo in the 450 class. They have sent the factory teams on a search for undeveloped talent in the 250 class to bring to the 450 class. It’s no secret that the big name 450 stars (Cairoli, Nagl, Desalle and Strijbos) are on the back end of their careers.
