WATCH SUNDAY’S GRAND PRIX OF FLANDERS IN UNDER 7 MINUTES

The new paradigm for the MXGP series is to hold as many races as possible in one place–almost always without spectators. This week started with the first of three races at the Lommel circuit, followed by the final three races of the year held at the same Trentino Italian track.  In fact, of the 18 MXGPs this year, 9 of them are scheduled  in Italy. We guess Giuseppe doesn’t like have to drive very far to go to work.

Regardless of what they call them, you are going to love the Lommel sand track. It is as challenging as any track in the world. And the number of crashes by the Championship leaders proves it.
