WATCH THE 2020 WORLD MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP FINALE IN UNDER 7 MINUTES

The longest season is finally over. It started back on March 1, 2020, and ended on on November 8, 2020. That is 7 months after it started. With the delays caused by the coronavirus lock-downs, the schedule was constantly changing, but finally MXGP settled on finishing the 2020 season by doing triple-headers in Kegums, Latvia; Faenza, Italy; Mantova, Italy; Lommel, Belgium; and Trentino, Italy. The triple-headers consisted of races on Sunday/Wednesday/Sunday and resulted in nine of the 18 GPs on the schedule being held in Italy. Tim Gajser and Tom Vialle won the 450 and 250 Championships before the finale race—and Gautier Paulin and Clement Desalle both called it quits after the final race.
