450 CLASS HIGHLIGHTS: ROCZEN CLAWS HIS WAY BACK INTO 450 TITLE CHASE

250 WEST HIGHLIGHTS: JUSTIN COOPER WINS, BUT CAMERON McADOO ACHIEVES HERO STATUS

The 2021 AMA Supercross Championship is winding down. There are only three races left (one more in Atlanta on Saturday and then two in Salt Lake City), but what looked like a foregone conclusion a couple days ago got turned on it’s head on Tuesday night as Ken Roczen took advantage of 450 points leader Cooper Webb’s troubles to get back within striking distance of the points lead.

As for the 250 West title chase, Justin Cooper took an easy win, but all eyes were on chaser Cameron McAdoo, who survived an unbelievable crash, to show up on the starting line with a bent-up bike and body—and grabbed the lead momentarily. McAdoo, who’s night and season looked like it was over before the 250 West main event, rode in pain to a podium finish to keep his title hopes alive.
