Tim Gajser was leading in the 450 Qualifier, but fell twice and ended up 11th.

Notes: The fastest non-European-licensed rider was Chaiyan Romphan, who was 16 seconds slower than the fastest qualifer (Glenn Coldenhoff). The slowest qualifying time (Tianwei Peng) was 42 second a lap slower than the fastest time. None of the local wild card riders finished the 13-lap qualifier with more than 11 laps completed.

Jeremy Seewer (91) was third overall in the 13-lap 450 qualifier, which is a race to get gate pick for the actual GP.
