WHIP-IT WEDNESDAY: ELI TOMAC
Eli Tomac endured teething issues in his first year with Monster Energy Kawasaki, but that’s to be expected given his previous tenure aboard a Honda. The two bikes couldn’t be any more different. However, he leaves the 2016 AMA National season second overall in points. As one of the few 450 riders not sidelined by injury, Tomac will have that needed time to get his bike perfect in the off-season and come out swinging in 2017. While he will not be at the MXdN, Tomac is racing the Charlotte USGP, Glen Helen USGP, and the Monster Energy Cup.
