250 MAIN EVENT RESULTS // 2023 DETROIT SUPERCROSS
The 250 East Coast class is ready for the night as Hunter Lawrence leads the points championship and qualified fastest earlier in the day. We’re crossing our fingers that something interesting happens (and if you scroll down below you’ll find out real quick that things did in fact get interesting.) The Detroit track was slick in the morning and we only imagine it’ll shape up the same when the Main Event comes.
So who do you think will win? Will Someone close the gap on Hunter or will the Honda rider get one step closer to an early championship victory?

250 MAIN EVENT RESULTS
As the riders flew across the holeshot line, it appeared that either Jeremy Martin or Haiden Deegan grabbed the first turn. But two turns later, Hunter Lawrence would be leading the field as Max Anstie had a huge get-off in the middle of the pack. Thankfully Max rolled out of it but the bike was mangled. Yamaha riders Jeremy Martin, Nate Thrasher, and Haiden Deegan ran in second through fourth with Chris Blose filling out the top 5.
At just under the 11 minute mark, Nate Thrasher attempted to pass Jeremy but would be unsuccessful until half a lap later when Nate would take the second position. At the six minute mark, Haiden Deegan made the pass on Jeremy Martin.
Let’s just say not much would happen in between the pass for second and Hunter winning the Main Event.

250 HEAT RACE TWO RESULTS
Nate Thrasher grabbed the lead and disappeared.
Nate Thrasher would claim the lead early after the start of the second Heat Race. Hunter Lawrence would battle Tom Vialle and Luke Neese but it didn’t take long for Hunter to squeeze his way up into second. By the time there was only minute left in the race, Nate’s and Hunter’s lead had grown to over 11 second on third place.

250 HEAT RACE ONE RESULTS
Haiden Deegan grabbed the holeshot just in front of his teammate Jordon Smith. The fans went crazy as the popular rookie ran away from his teammates. After two minutes, his teammate Jordon Smith knocked on the door through the whoops and then the two proceeded to slam into each other? What was probably the most confusing exchange between teammates in the night and you can imagine things are going to heat up when they get back to the Star Yamaha rig. The night would only get worse for Smith as Jordon would crash on his own accord after trying to pass several riders in the whoops. But holdup, Jordon would crash for the third time.

Thankfully for Jeremy Martin, he had his work cut out for him as the rest of the competition couldn’t keep up.

250 LCQ RESULTS
Jordon Smith would be found dead last in the LCQ after his bike stalled. He rode all the way up to fifth place but on the very last lap, Jack Chamber’s smart riding would prevent the Star Yamaha rider from making it to the Main.
Logan Natzke grabbed the holeshot and factory rider Jordon Smith would be found deep in the pack. But the problems continue to increase as Jordon’s bike stalled near the start of the race and would be stuck at the back of the pack. Lance Kobusch, Allison, and Chambers would fill out the transfer spots as the top spot of the race would be claimed by Linville. The crowd erupted as Jordon Smith made his way all the up to fifth just a turn before the finish line. But Jack Chambers would ride defensively and take Jordon’s line away and keep the transfer position.
