2024 PRO MOTOCROSS POINT STANDINGS (AFTER ROUND 10 OF 11)
2024 PRO MOTOCROSS POINT STANDINGS (AFTER ROUND 10 OF 11)
Coming into the 2024 Budds Creek National, Haiden Deegan had a 70-point lead. In the 250 class, questions arose about whether Haiden would play it smart and ride for an easier top-ten finish to secure the Championship, but he came out on fire in moto one and took the win. With Haiden snagging the moto one win, he set himself up to win the title early. The only spoiler would be Levi Kitchen finishing second in moto one, but he ended up third, which granted Haiden Deegan the 2024 250 Pro Motocross title three motos early. In the 450 class, Chase Sexton had a 28-point lead coming in, and for the third time, he’ll leave the race with a 28-point lead again.

450 POINT STANDINGS AFTER BUDDS CREEK
Hunter Lawrence was solid again, but Chase Sexton would not be denied at Budds Creek.
Two weekends in a row, Hunter Lawrence and Chase Sexton have swapped positions in moto one and two. Hunter Lawrence has won the opening motos and Chase Sexton has been the second moto winner in the last two rounds, keeping the points gap the same at the front of the pack. Hunter has been riding well, but he’s still looking for that elusive first win. Going into Budds Creek next weekend, Chase Sexton has a healthy buffer over the Australian in the 450 Pro Motocross Championship.

250 POINT STANDINGS AFTER BUDDS CREEK
Haiden Deegan’s 1-10 moto scores were enough to earn him his first 250 National Championship.
The 250 Pro Motocross Championship has officially been settled, but that doesn’t mean Tom Vialle, Levi Kitchen and Chance Hymas will roll over next weekend and let Haiden win again. All the front runners in the 250 class are still looking to pick up momentum and build confidence going into the three SMX playoff races, where big bonus money and another Championship are on the line.
