FOX RELEASES V3 WHITE WALL HELMET

One of the benefits to working at a motocross magazine where the editors actually twist the throttle is that we get to ride with and test tons of cool new products. One such product comes from Fox Racing. To clarify, Fox’s V3 White Wall helmet isn’t out of the womb new, but it’s pretty close. The White Wall has the same features as the V3 that was introduced a few months ago, only it has an extremely unique paint scheme. If you’ve been paying attention to Ricky Carmichael and James Stewart the past few races (and who hasn’t?), it’s hard to miss the White Wall on the two Fox sponsored riders. We first took notice of the new paint scheme just over a month ago when we visited Mark Finley, Warren Johnson and Sandy Egger at Fox Racing. Since that time we’ve been asking about the helmet, and just a few days ago we received the new White Wall. Upon opening the box we weren’t left disappointed.
Features include a fully removable and washable Coolmax comfort liner and cheek pads, titanium D-rings, exceeds Snell-2005 and DOT standards, large intake and exhaust vents, multiple patents pending, weighs 1350 grams (about 2.97 pounds), and retails for $375.
