Torsten Hallman may be best known in the rest of the world as a four-time 250 World Champion, but in America he is heralded for coming to the USA in 1967 and showing American teenagers the sport of motocross. Torsten and buddy Lars Larssen also started the aftermarket gear business when the opened Torsten Hallman Off-Road (THOR for short). Torsten was born on October 17, 1939.
