250 MAIN EVENT RESULTS
Jo Shimoda wins the 250 class at Anaheim 1!
Julien Beaumer rocketed out of the start grabbing the holeshot which Jo Shimoda would capitalize on and snag the lead away from him. Haiden Deegan got caught in the carnage of the first lap and found himself on the ground early, having to come from behind. Julien Beaumer would battle early with Garrett Marchbanks and Jordon Smith for second but Beaumer would hang on and begin trying to run down Shimoda out front. Deegan made up positions quickly and by the halfway point found himself in eighth. The top six riders were keeping a good pace making it difficult for Deegan to catch up. The top two of Shimoda and Beaumer were gone from the rest of the pack. Behind them, Ryder DiFrancesco and Garrett Marchbanks battled for third until Marchbanks made a mistake and went down in the whoops. Back up front, it seems as if Jo Shimoda found that flow he did not have in his heat race as he would begin to lose Beaumer and solidify his win.
