Chase won in a commanding fashion.
In the second heat, it was Chase Sexton grabbing the early lead but it did not come easy as Jorge Prado tried to make a pass early. Sexton would retain the lead and start to pull away. Behind the leaders was Hunter Lawrence and Malcolm Stewart who had a battle of their own. But unfortunately, Malcolm would get a kick heading into the rhythm out of the sand which sent him over the bars and on the ground hard, where he would not finish the race. Eli Tomac was trying to move forward after a tough start as well as grabbing some positions towards the end of the race. But there was no stopping Sexton who would take the win.
