Ken Roczen has experienced struggles with his health this season, so to seep his energy levels up, Ken only rode a few laps in each qualifying session. Although he was on the track less than the other riders, Ken was able to log in a blistering fast lap in 450 Group A qualifying session one to score the top qualifying spot of the day at the Budds Creek National. Chase Sexton also would put Honda on top of the qualifying boards today in the 250 class as he laid down the fastest lap times in both 250 qualifying sessions.
