2024 YAMAHA YZ125X VERSUS YZ250X TWO-STROKES

The 2024 YZ125X and YZ250X are Yamaha’s cross-country-specific two-stroke models. They both come with 18-inch rear wheels, softer suspension settings, kickstands and off-road-specific engine tuning. Yes, the engines are based on the YZ125 and YZ250 motocross models, but the power valves are both different for the off-road models and the YZ250X has a wide-ratio five-speed transmission.
