250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 DALLAS SMX PLAYOFFS #2

On to the second round of SMX Playoffs from Dallas. Haiden Deegan put on a dominant performance last weekend in Charlotte and is looking to replicate that again this weekend and he has the momentum to do so. Levi Kitchen sits second in SMX points and needs to grab a win to regain lost points on Deegan. This event is worth double points from the initial round, which can help riders who are at a deficit get closer to the front given a good result. One of those riders is Julien Beaumer who had an impressive finish at Charlotte. However, it all starts with qualifying, and for full results read below.

Ryder DiFrancesco was the first rider to put in a fast lap for the second-seeded session but Haiden Deegan quickly unlocked new rhythms around the track which gave him the speed to put himself back on top. Tom Vialle and Ty Masterpool were quick as well being within a second of Deegan even without jumping the same sections. Within a few laps Jo Shimoda and Tom Vialle were able to surpass Deegan putting themselves into one and two on the leaderboard. But as time began to wind down, Deegan once again moved himself back on top and would hold the position through the session.

250 QUALIFYING RESULTS SEEDED SESSION 1

Julien Beaumer looks fast once again this weekend.

Haiden Deegan came out swinging in the first qualifying session. He immediately put himself out front of the pack and quickly snagged the fastest time. However, Ty Masterpool was right there in second at the beginning and as time went on, was able to take the top spot away from the champ as did Julien Beaumer. But as the qualifying winded down, Deegan started unlocking some of the sections that were unseen by other riders and was able to take back the pole position. Deegan would hang on to the position throughout the session.
