450 RACE RESULTS // 2024 DALLAS SMX PLAYOFFS #2
450 racing from Dallas SMX Playoffs round number 2. Jett Lawrence was able to win last weekend as well as grab the fastest time in qualifying this weekend. Chase Sexton leads in points but needs to stay consistent to hold that lead over Lawrence in this round as it is double points. Eli Tomac has also shown moments of glory and he could capitalize on the double points this weekend moving himself up on the list. 450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS
Chase Sexton was able to control the moto from the very beginning.
Dylan Ferrandis was able to grab the holeshot in moto 2 followed by Chase Sexton. On the first lap, Ferrandis would make a mistake and allow Sexton to get by and Cooper Webb would follow. Hunter Lawrence and Jett Lawrence were sitting in the fifth and sixth position but they both started to move forward quickly. Jett would eventually make the pass on Hunter and make his way into second around Cooper Webb. Hunter Lawrence would file into third and the two brothers would go after Sexton.

Cooper Webb put in a great race for moto two finishing in fourth.
450 RACE RESULTS MOTO 1
Jett was quick but a mistake led him to finish third.
Hunter Lawrence grabbed the holeshot and the early lead, followed by his brother Jett Lawrence. Behind the leaders, Cooper Webb and Eli Tomac battled for third. Sexton started near the eighth position and had to start making his way forward. As the race continued, Hunter Lawrence stalled the bike allowing Jett to pass by, but within a few laps Jett Lawrence also stalled the machine allowing Hunter back by as well as Eli Tomac. Eli Tomac began trying to pass Hunter for the lead. With just two laps to go Eli was applying the pressure on Hunter Lawrence. Hunter Lawrence would hang on to take the win over Tomac and Jett Lawrence.
