2022 HANGTOWN PRO MOTOCROSS NATIONAL 250 RACE RESULTS
Round 2 of the AMA Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship series stops at Hangtown motocross park in Northern California. This track has been on the circuit for many years and is always challenging for the racers. It offers deep ruts, hard-pack slick sections and rough conditions.
In the 250 class, Jett Lawrence and his brother Hunter set the tone at the first round on their factory Honda CRF250s. It was impressive, to say the least. With the first round out of the way and qualifying did at Hangtown it looks like riders like Justin Cooper and Michael Mosiman have stepped up the pace to challenge the brothers.

250 MOTO 2 RESULTS
Justin Cooper got the holeshot with Jett Lawrence in tow. The first moto winner, Michael Mosiman started around 5th. Cooper made a weird mistake giving up the lead to Jett.
Michael Mosiman went down and dropped all the way back to the 35th position.
Nick Romano was third with Jo Shimoda putting pressure on him.
Shimoda moved into third with Hunter and Max Vohland moving by Romano as well.
A three-way battle developed with Jett, Justin and Jo.
Jo made the pass for second on the 9th lap and closed up to Jett.
A lap later Shimoda crashed and Cooper and Hunter Lawrence made their way past him.
Hunter made his way past Cooper and finished the second moto behind his brother once again.

250 MOTO 1 RESULTS // HANGTOWN
Justin Cooper got the holeshot. Michael Mosiman made the pass for the lead o the sixth lap with Jalek Swoll in third with Jett and Hunter in fourth and fifth. Jett made his way to third on lap seven.
On the next lap, Hunter made his way past Swoll as well for fourth and got right on his brother and passed him for third. All the while Mosiman pulled an 8-second lead.
Hunter Lawrence fell over and dropped down to sixth.
After a few laps, Hunter changed back up and moved back behind his brother in fourth.
Swoll looked like he went down falling back to 9th moving Jo Shimoda into fifth and Seth Hammaker into sixth.
The top three were Mosiman, Cooper and Jett Lawrence in the 250 first moto.
