FIRST LOOK! “NEW GENERATION” 2025 HUSQVARNA TC85 MINICYCLE

For 2025, Husqvarna has announced a new generation TC85 to underline its continued development of high-performance, two-stroke minicycles. The competition-focused machine is now built around an all-new chassis that offers significant improvements to handling and stability, while an updated engine boosts bottom to mid-range power.

For 2025, the new frame mirrors the construction of the full-size machines, the new WP XACT shock, which is 16mm shorter than before to ensure a more balanced chassis, is mounted onto the upper frame tube. Additionally, the steering head angle is reduced by a half degree and positioned 6mm closer to the center of the chassis for enhanced cornering, especially when exiting turns.

The 85cc two-stroke engine benefits from several new components—including a new cylinder head, spark plug, ignition exhaust pipe and the jetting specs inside the Keihin carburetor have been reconfigured to suit the improved engine.

The new swingarm is 300 grams lighter and together with the new frame and WP XACT shock they combine to reduce the overall height of the TC85. Additionally, a modernized rider triangle, created by the new footpegs, handlebars and lower seat, further enhances the riding experience.
