IS THIS THE “WORLD’S FASTEST 150cc TWO-STROKE?” // THIS WEEK IN MXA

THIS WEEK IN MXA: RACING THE PRO CIRCUIT GASGAS 150 TWO-STROKE

In episode 69 of our This Week in MXA series presented by O’Neal, Assistant Editor Josh Mosiman takes on the Open Pro and Pasha 125 Open Pro classes at the 2022 Wiseco World Two-Stroke Championships at Glen Helen. Leading up to the race, and especially after the first 125 Pro moto, MXA’s 2022 GasGas MC 150 two-stroke was the talk of the town. Built by Pro Circuit’s Mitch Payton and Mike “Schnikey” Tomlin, this GasGas 125 was turned into a 150cc big-bore and lots of hours and dyno runs went into dialing this bike in. Another point that wasn’t quite touched on in this video when comparing this bike to the others, Josh weighs 175lbs while Justin Hoeft, Ryan Surratt and the other 150cc contenders in the class weigh in around the 150lbs range. In this video, Josh talks about his experience of racing on this ultra-fast 150 two-stroke and shares more about the 13th Annual World Two-Stroke Championships.
