TWO LAPS OF THE WORLD TWO-STROKE CHAMPIONSHIP TRACK

MXA’s Jody Weisel built the 2018 MTA World Two-Stroke Championship track so that it would be fun, safe and most of all challenging. He also put in some parts of the upcoming May 27 AMA 250/450 National track design to test them, but more significantly he added a special sand sessions that will not be in the National design (because it was built where the Television compound will be in May). The sand section swept around trees and it was just one of many places to make passes—as you will see in this video by Connor Steel. Lap times were in the 30-minute range, because it’s hard to do justice to a track as big and varied as Glen Helen with a 2-minute design. Take the ride with the volume turned up.
