FIM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: WATCH THE GRAND PRIX OF TRENTINO IN UNDER 10 MINUTES

Jorge Prado just keeps on winning. The young Spanish 450 World Champion is four-for-four so far in 2024. His win in Trentino saw him lose the seat on his bike in Saturday’s Qualifying race, which meant he had a bad gate pick and would only work his way up to third by the end of the first 450 moto. However, ine the second moto he got the holeshot and eventually shed all of his chaser to win the overall with a 3-1 score, besting Tim Gajser’s 2-4 and Romain Febvre’s 1-5

The 250 GP of Trentino saw the first different winner (after Kay de Wolf had won the first three GPs of the year). Kay de Wolf’s 1-8 left him tied with Simon Laengenfelder’s 8-1 for third overall, but Liam Everts 3-2 was good enough for the win ahead of the 2-4 of Thibault Benistant. The MXGP series will take a two-week break before returning to action in Portugal on May 5.

Jorge Prado did get beat in Trentino in the first moto, but his seat was to blame. However, he came back in the second moto to win his fourth 450 GP in a row.
