TWO-STROKE TUESDAY | REBUILT 2002 HONDA CR250
Rebuilt 2002 Honda CR250.
Hey MXA
Here is a two stroke spot light bike for you. This is my 2002 Honda CR250R. It is a total rebuild with everything completely new. It features include a Varner ported cylinder, Wiseco piston with the engine built by AHM Factory Services as well as the wheels and all of the cerakoting.
The cerakoted Mikuni carb is a nice touch.
The Polisport restyle kit really makes it look modern. I used FLU graphics, TM Designworks chain guides and rollers with an FMF Fatty and Shorty silencer.
Terry Varner modified the engine while AHM Factory Services pieced the bike together.
I used oversized Galfer rotors front and rear with Dunlop rubber with an old school 18-inch rear tire. I has the shock spring powder coated light blue, and the swing arm linkage and triple clamps black
Every bearing, seal and bolt is new as well.
Thanks,
Mark Burnett
