450 Start HAngtown2019 PRO MOTOCROSS OVERALL 450 RACE RESULTS AT THE  FLORIDA NATIONAL AT WW RANCH

The fifth round of the 2019 AMA Pro motocross National was held at WW Ranch in Florida. Coming into the fifth round Ken Roczen and Eli Tomac were tied for points. Eli has won the 450 Pro motocross National championship the last two years. Only a select few riders has ever won three 450 National Championships in a row. Roczen has shown his sheer speed and consistency to win this title race. Here is how the fifth round at the WW Ranch in Florida went down.

450 OVERALL RACE RESULTS 

Marvin Musquin goes 1-3 for the 450 overall win.

The JGR fill-in rider of Kyle Chisholm got a great jump off the start with Tomac getting the holeshot with Osborne in tow. Tomac quickly got in the lead with Anderson moving by Osborne for third, Musquin was in forth and Roczen fifth. Musquin passed Osborne for third on the second lap. On the seventh lap Benny Bloss pulled into the mechanics area as something was wrong with his bike. On the same lap Ken Roczen went down which dropped him back to 8th. On the ninth Anderson dropped from 2nd to 4th with Musquin and Osborne getting by. With three laps left in the second moto Musquin started to drop off the pace with Osborne making his way around him for second and charged up to Tomac. But Osborne ran out of time with Tomac winning the second moto but Musquin won the overall with 3-1 moto finishes.

450 MOTO 1 RACE RESULTS

Marvin Musquin 2019 Thunder Valley National motocrossMarvin Musquin dominated the first 450 moto. 

Cooper Webb got the hole shot but Ken Roczen got out to the lead early with Tomac buried in the pack in 9th. On lap four Marvin Musquin sat second with Cooper Webb third, Jason Anderson forth and Zach Osborne fifth. Marvin Musquin started putting the pressure on Roczen who looked for a way around. Marvin made the pass on Roczen on lap seven for the lead while Tomac dropped back to 10th. Zach Osborne went down on lap 8 dropping back to sixth with only Justin Barcia getting by him. Past the mid-way point Tomac finally started to get moving forward and passed his teammate Joey Savatgy for seventh place. The privateer Fredrik Noren made the pass on the Factory Kawi rider Savatgy for eighth of the 10th lap. By the 12th lap Musquin had a 10 second lead on Roczen with Copper and Anderson catching Roczen. Anderson made the pass on Cooper and started chasing Roczen with only a few laps left to go. Blake Baggett made ground up on Tomac and started putting pressure on  him. With only a lap to go Anderson was right on Roczen to make a pass. Marvin Musquin took the easy win with Roczen holding off Anderson for second. Webb was forth, Osborne fifth, Barcia sixth, Tomac seventh, Baggett eight, Noren ninth and Ferris rounded the top ten in 450 moto 1.
