“THIS WEEK IN MXA” WITH JOSH MOSIMAN: DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH WAITING ON THE DUCATI

It is all hands on deck at MXA over the last week. Today,  (Wednesday), we are in the high desert testing the 2024 Honda CRF450RX and 2024 Kawasaki KX450X. Tomorrow we will be at Glen Helen for the 2024-1/2 KTM Factory Edition press intro and we will be spending Friday and Saturday at Anaheim Stadium for round four of the ever-entertaining 2024 AMA Supercross Championship. But, since “This week in MXA”t actually started last weekend, we need to go back a couple of days and start from the beginning of the MXA wrecking crew’s week.

Last Saturday Josh, Trevor and Dennis were getting wet in San Diego, while the rest of the MXA gang was racing at Glen Helen (it rained there also). Jody and the gang almost got out of there unscathed, but unfortunately, MXA’s Luc De Ley lost control on a fast muddy straight and went over the bars. He suffered a massive gash to his arm and broke his elbow. He should be going into surgery about now. It rained on Monday, so Jody and Josh decided to concentrate on getting the next issue of MXA out of the art department, On Tuesday we planned to dyno some bikes, but with the still drizzling weather, we elected to go back to making corrections on the final proofs—which gets us to Wednesday (today).

We will let Josh tell you all about “This week at MXA,” Enjoy!
