HEAR WHAT CIANCIARULO, TOMAC AND STEWART HAVE TO SAY POST-RACE

The top three from Saturday night’s Monster Energy Cup Supercross from Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, sat down post-race to talk about their night. Eli Tomac, Adam Cianciarulo and Malcolm Stewart were the podium stars, but not in that order. The Monster Cup is not not an actual points-paying AMA Supercross. It is a one-off race that has the draw of a potential  $1 million payday. It has a unique three-moto format on three different track layouts. Plus, lots of stars decided not to race the Monster Cup (including Ken Roczen, current AMA Supercross Champion Cooper Webb, Jason Anderson, Marvin Musquin, Zach Osborne, Justin Bogle, Joey Savatgy, Blake Baggett, Cole Seely (who retired at the end of the 2019 season) Justin Brayton (who has signed to take Seely’s place at Team Honda, but was racing in Australia this past weekend). Of note was that the speeds were very high (which corresponds with the dangerously high speeds at the previous Red Bull Straight Rhythm).
